Tomball PD
• Oct. 7 - Officer White arrested a 30-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At about 1 a.m., White responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Florence. Upon investigation, White discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Oct. 7 - Officer White arrested a 53-year-old woman from Tomball for Tampering with a Government Document. At 9:30 a.m., White responded to a theft in the 1300 block of Keefer and observed an altered social security card in the suspect's wallet upon initial contact.
• Oct. 8 - Officer Garza observed a subject lying in the ditch in the 800 block of Alma at about 6:30 a.m.  Upon further investigation, Garza discovered that the subject had been struck by a vehicle and left in the ditch.  Northwest Rural EMS attended the subject who was transported to Memorial Hermann hospital via Life Flight. Evidence was collected and the Tomball Police Department is attempting to locate the suspect who fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim.
• Oct. 8 - Officer White responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14300 block of FM 2920, where a purse valued at $100, a wallet valued at $50 and a pair of earrings valued at $50 were stolen.
• Oct. 8 - Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 27950 block of Commercial Park Drive, where approximately $45,000 worth of Datalloy was stolen.
• Oct. 8 - Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 900 block of Baker, where a ladder valued at $150 was stolen and approximately $250 worth of damage was inflicted upon heavy duty tie down strips.
• Oct. 9 - Officer J. Davis responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 19100 block of Northpoint Ridge Lane, where a notebook computer valued at $2,000 was stolen.
• Oct. 10 - Officer Sampson responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 27800 block of Tomball Parkway, where a paint sprayer valued at $755, a pressure washer valued at $1,089, another paint sprayer valued at $2,059 and a third paint sprayer valued at $1,310 were stolen.
• Oct. 10 - Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 600 block of James, where three signs valued at $252 were stolen.
• Oct. 10 - Detective Smith arrested a 25-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 7 a.m., Smith responded to an assault in the 29800 block of Tomball Pkwy. Upon investigation, Smith discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Oct 10 - Officer Hernandez arrested a 69-year-old woman from Tomball for Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Stop and Give Information in the 300 block of Willowick. At 7:30 p.m., Hernandez responded to a hit and run incident in the 700 block of South Cherry and witnesses directed officers to the 300 block of Willowick, where the driver had parked her vehicle and entered a home. Upon investigation, the suspect was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in addition to Failure to Stop and Give Information.
• Oct. 10 - Officer White arrested a 55-year-old man from Tomball for Failure to Comply. At 8:10 a.m., White made contact with the suspect in the 1600 block of Baker and during questioning discovered that the suspect had failed to register his address in compliance with his sex offender status requirements.
• Oct. 10 - Officer Burns arrested a 21-year-old woman from Tomball for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. At 7:30 p.m., Burns responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle with the suspect still on location in the 1475 block of East Main.  Witnesses and video surveillance observed the suspect entering a victim's vehicle, and attempting to enter a second vehicle, as well.
• Oct. 10 - Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 800 block of East Main, where the victim paid $2,615.35 for goods and service, which she never received.
• Oct. 10 - Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 14000 block of Medical Complex Dr., where a motorcycle valued at $2,000 was stolen.
• Oct. 11 - Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 27800 block of Johnson Rd., where $500 worth of batteries was stolen.
• Oct. 13 - Officer Rodriguez arrested a 24-year-old man from Magnolia for Failure to Identify. At 12:45 a.m., Rodriguez responded to a fight in progress in the 14800 block of FM 2920. During questioning the suspect provided a false name and date of birth to Rodriguez in an attempt to conceal the fact that there were open warrants for his arrest.
• Oct. 13 - Officer Ramsey arrested a 59-year-old man from Tomball for Theft. At 5:30 p.m., Ramsey responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Parkway and conducted a traffic stop on the suspect's vehicle in the 100 block of West Chestnut, after witnesses advised the suspect had driven off without paying for merchandise he removed from the store. $59.06 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
• Oct. 13 - Officer Hernandez responded to a theft in the 29600 block of Quinn, where two batteries valued at $260 each were stolen and approximately $680 worth of damage was inflicted upon a bulldozer.

Magnolia PD
• Oct. 10 - Officer Stanford conducted a traffic stop in the 18600 block of FM 1488. The 24-year-old male driver was found to have an active warrant out of Wisconsin for theft of a motor vehicle. The driver was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Oct. 12 - Officer Montgomery conducted a traffic stop on FM 1774 for speeding. The 18-year-old male driver and 19-year-old passenger was arrested for Possession of Marijuana. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Oct. 13 - Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 18500 block of FM 1488. The vehicle was found to be occupied by two 20-year-old males, one 24-year-old female and a 16-year-old female that was found to be a runaway. All four subjects were arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (acid/pcp). The three adults were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The juvenile was released to Montgomery County Juvenile.
• Oct. 13 - Officer Diaz conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Magnolia Blvd. The driver, a 47-year-old male from Magnolia was arrested for Driving While License Invalid and Possession of Marijuana. The male was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Oct. 14 - Det. Clack and Officer Diaz responded to a family violence in progress. A 47-year-old male was arrested for family violence assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Oct. 17 - Officer Day was advised by the Magnolia Municipal Court there was a subject in the lobby turning himself in for warrants. Subject was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

Mo. Co. Sheriff's Office
• Oct. 9 - Sergeant Kader observed a 25-year-old female walking eastbound on FM 1488 from FM 149. The subject was identified and found to have an active warrant for Resisting Arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody.
Oct. 10 - Deputy LaSalle was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, LaSalle met with a 41-year-old male. Dispatch confirmed the subject had an active warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody.
Oct. 11 - At 3:30 p.m., Deputy Wilkerson assisted with a shoplifting investigation with Conroe P.D.  The subject, a male from Cleveland, was arrested for theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.  The recovered property was given to Wilkerson and released to Home Depot in Magnolia.
Oct. 11 - Deputy Mittag was dispatched to Indigo Lakes Estates in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Mittag met with the 69-year-old male complainant and the 61-year-old female suspect.  The complainant advised they had just watched the political debate on television and he wanted to watch football, but the suspect wanted to watch the aftermath of the debate. The suspect pushed the complainant off the stool he was sitting on. The suspect was issued a citation for Assault by Contact Family Violence.
Oct. 11 - At 1 a.m., Deputy McKee observed a suspicious vehicle on F.M. 1488.  It appeared there was someone near the vehicle with a flashlight. McKee made contact with the two subjects.  During a check for warrants, it was determined that one of the subjects was wanted.  The subject, a male from Spring, was arrested on the warrant and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Oct. 12 - Deputy Brummett was dispatched to Yellow Rose in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Brummett met with the complainant who advised she had been babysitting for the 18-year-old female suspect and had been assaulted when she asked for payment for the babysitting.  The suspect was issued a citation for assault by contact.
Oct 13 - Deputy Durbin was dispatched Oak Hill Drive, in reference to family violence. Durbin met with the 64-year-old complainant, who advised she had a verbal altercation with her 26-year-old daughter, during which her daughter pinned her on the couch. Durbin placed the daughter into custody for Assault.
Oct. 13 - Sergeant Kader responded to the RPM Bar in reference to a burglary in progress. The employee was inside the business and heard someone breaking into the building. Deputies found a 32-year-old white male inside the building and he was taken into custody for Burglary.
Oct. 14 - a witness reported that a white Ford F-150 was doing doughnuts in the median between FM 2978 and Hardin Store Road and was now stuck. Deputy Allen arrived on scene and made contact with the 24-year-old male. The subject admitted to being intoxicated. The driver was arrested and taken to jail.
