Tomball PD
• Jan. 23 Officer Finney arrested a 23-year-old woman from Houston for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 2:55 a.m., Finney conducted a traffic stop in the 28600 block of Tomball Expressway. During a search, Finney discovered Xanax in the suspect's purse.
• Jan. 24 Officer Rod-riguez arrested a 21-year-old man from Cypress for Robbery and Possession of Marijuana. At 12:15 a.m., Rodriguez arrested the suspect for robbery in the 800 block of West Main. During a search incident to arrest, Rodriguez discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
• Jan. 20 Officer Manickas arrested a 27-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 6:55 a.m., Manickas responded to a disturbance in progress in the 400 block of McPhail. Upon investigation, Man-ickas discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Jan. 20 Officer Ramsey arrested a 34-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 4:45 p.m., Ramsey responded to a disturbance that occurred in the 14200 block of Limerick Lane. Upon investigation, Ramsey discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Jan. 23 Officer White arrested a 34-year-old woman from Houston for Forgery. At 1 p.m., White responded to a forgery call in the 28500 block of Tomball Expressway and discovered that the suspect was trying to cash a forged check.
• Jan. 24 Corporal Patin arrested a 26-year-old man from Houston for Failure to Stop and Give Information. At 12:05 a.m., Patin responded to a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the 22400 block of Tomball Parkway and made contact with the suspect a few blocks away, after his vehicle stopped running. The suspect was arrested without incident.
• Jan. 24 Officer Tikal arrested a 77-year-old man from Tomball for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. At 9:35 a.m., Tikal responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle call in the 500 block of E. Carrell and the suspect was arrested without incident after witnesses identified him.
• Jan. 24 Officer White responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 29500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $250 in damages were inflicted upon a door when the building was entered.
• Jan. 24 Officer Barrera responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 13700 block of Hirschfield, where a GPS/radar detector unit valued at $600 was stolen.
• Jan. 25 Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 27500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a two flush valves valued at $100 each were stolen from a restroom.
• Jan. 26 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where approximately four flush valves were stolen from different businesses for an estimated loss of $1,000.
Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Jan. 23 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Pullen found that one of the occupants of the car was wanted. The 21-year-old male was arrested for a warrant out of Harris County.
• Jan. 23 Deputy Herman was dispatched to the 10000 block of Woodlands Parkway for a shoplifter. Upon arrival, Herman was advised that the female had chosen several items of clothing and groceries, placing them inside a large hand bag. The female then left the store without making any attempt to pay. The 24-year-old female from Magnolia was arrested.
• Jan. 24 Sgt. Durbin was dispatched to a welfare check in the 32000 block of SH 249, which involved a female who appeared intoxicated and was attempting to leave in a vehicle. Upon arrival, Durbin met with the suspect and she was unable to stand without assistance. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Jan. 24 Deputy Allen was dispatched to the Glen Oaks subdivision in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Allen spoke with a 59-year-old female who said that her 12-year-old grandson assaulted her. The grandson was taken into custody for assault.
• Jan. 24 Deputy Pullen was patrolling on Jackson Road and stopped a vehicle for speeding. The 35-year-old male driver had three active warrants and was arrested.
• Jan. 24 Deputy Sharman saw a vehicle driving on Walnut Creek that swerved into a ditch then back onto the roadway. Sharman initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the 30-year-old male driver. Brass knuckles were found in the vehicle and the suspect was arrested for Possession of Prohibited Weapon.
• Jan. 25 Deputy Allen saw a vehicle traveling west on FM 1488 and conducted a traffic stop. Allen searched the vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana and an assortment of pills. The driver, a 20-year-old male, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
• Jan. 27 Sgt. Durbin located several persons trespassing in the undeveloped portion of the Woodtrace subdivision. Durbin found that a 25-year-old male had an active warrant for Theft.
• Jan. 27 Deputy Irvine received a phone call from a 28-year-old male subject asking why deputies had been at relative's home looking for him. The suspect agreed to meet the deputy at the Chevron on SH 249. Upon arrival the suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
