Tomball PD
• Feb. 17 Officer Ramsey arrested a 25-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. At 9:40 p.m., Ramsey conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Main and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, Ramsey discovered Hydrocodone and marijuana in the vehicle.
• Feb. 17 Officer Manickas responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 1000 block of Hicks, where a GPS unit valued at $385 and a Wi-Fi jack box valued at $219 were stolen.
• Feb. 18 Officer Finney responded to a theft in the 27900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where an iPhone valued at $400 was stolen.
• Feb. 19 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 1200 block of West Main, where 140 feet of copper pipe valued at $1,800 was stolen.
• Feb. 20 Officer Ferguson responded to an Automobile Theft in the 26900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a Titan motorcycle valued at $12,000 was stolen.
• Feb. 20 Officer Ferguson arrested a 40-year-old woman from Magnolia for Assault Family Violence. At 8:50 p.m., Ferguson responded to a fight in progress in the 13700 block of Alice Rd. Upon investigation, Ferguson discovered that the suspect had assaulted her daughter.
• Feb. 21 Officer Rodri-guez arrested a 39-year-old man from Cypress for Failure to Stop and Give Information and Driving While Intoxicated. At 1:50 a.m., Rodriguez responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 27800 block of Tomball Expressway and apprehended the suspect after he fled on foot.
• Feb. 21 Corporal Hill responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 1300 block of Ulrich, where 140 feet of copper wire was stolen, for an estimated loss of $5,000.
• Feb. 22 Officer Manickas arrested a 25-year-old woman from Magnolia and a 31-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 8:15 a.m., Manickas responded to a welfare check in the 14000 block of FM 2920. During a search, Manickas discovered Amphetamine-Dextroam-phetamine, Suboxone, Crystal Methamphetamine, Vyvanse and Clonazepam in the vehicle.
• Feb. 22 Sgt. Welch arrested a 20-year-old woman from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 12:15 a.m., Welch responded to a disturbance in progress in the 300 block of Belmont. Upon investigation, Welch discovered that the suspect had assaulted her mother.
• Feb. 23 Officer Hernan-dez responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 30100 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $500 in damage was inflicted upon the vehicle.
• Feb. 23 Officer Burns responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27400 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a car stereo valued at $125 was stolen and approximately $350 in damage was inflicted upon the vehicle.
• Feb. 23 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 1700 block of Hicks, where approximately 92 feet of copper wire valued at $2,000 and $300 worth of batteries were stolen.
• Feb. 23 Officer Tikal responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920, where $140 worth of clothing and jewelry were stolen.
• Feb. 23 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $61.97 in merchandise was stolen.
Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Feb. 20 Sergeant Kader was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills Subdivision in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Kader met with the complainant who said that she had been in an argument with her husband and had been threatened. The suspect was arrested for Assault by Threat.
• Feb. 21 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Dogwood Hills subdivision in reference to a welfare check. A 42-year-old male was found intoxicated and sitting inside a vehicle in a parking lot. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 22 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to Grand Oaks subdivision in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Sharman found the vehicle unoccupied, but could smell burnt Marijuana. The deputy found a 21-year-old male nearby, inside a large drain pipe. The suspect had a small amount of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 22 Deputy Allen stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Allen found that the driver, a 21-year-old male had an active warrant through the Oak Ridge Police Department. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 23 Deputy Irvine went to the Hazy Hollow subdivision to serve three warrants. On Pine Bark Lane, Irvine located a 42-year-old female that was wanted for Theft, a 45-year-old male wanted for Illegal Dumping and a 48-year-old male wanted for Aggravated Assault. All three were arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 23 Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Walnut Springs subdivision in regards to a noise disturbance. The reportee advised he could hear guns being fired and a lot of yelling. Upon arrival, Thomas spoke to a 29-year-old male and requested a warrant check. The deputy was advised the subject had six active warrants. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 24 Deputy Mittag responded to a criminal trespass on Dobbin-Hufsmith. The witness said that he saw two male suspects back up to a trailer. When the suspects noticed the witness they drove away. The witness called 911 and Harris County deputies stopped the suspects and the two men were arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Feb. 24 Deputy Breeze conducted a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway. The suspect, a 26 year old male from Magnolia, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Deputies found an expandable baton inside the vehicle. The suspect was also charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and taken to jail.
