Tomball PD
• Oct. 14 -  Officer Ferguson arrested a 51-year-old man from Spring for Theft. At 10:25 p.m., Ferguson responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident.  Three tires, valued at $20 each, were recovered by the arrest.
• Oct. 17 - Sgt. Arriaga arrested a 22-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  At 10:10 a.m., Arriaga arrested the suspect for outstanding warrants in the 900 block of Lawrence. During a search incident to arrest, Arriaga discovered hydrocodone in the suspect's pocket.
• Oct. 18 - Officer Manickas responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 28900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a notebook computer valued at $800, approximately $70 in computer accessories, a pair of sunglasses valued at $150 and a pair of sunglasses valued at $300 were stolen.
• Oct. 18 - Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 900 block of S. Persimmon, where $3,500 worth of scrap metal was stolen.
• Oct. 18 - Officer White made contact with a suspicious subject in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., and discovered a stolen cell phone valued at $200 in the suspect's possession.

Mo. Co. Sheriff's Office
• Oct. 17 - Deputy Pullen was dispatched to the parking lot of an Exxon Station on FM 149, in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Pullen observed a vehicle with a 54-year-old female sitting in the car. The subject was unsteady on her feet, slurring her speech and did not know where she was at. Pullen arrested the subject for Public Intoxication.
• Oct. 17 - Deputy Allen was dispatched to Coe Loop in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Allen met with a 54-year-old male, a complainant and two witnesses.  The complainant advised the suspect had arrived at the home very lethargic and slow moving, accusing them of stealing and then tried to assault them. Allen found hydrocodone and clonozapam in the suspect's pants pocket. The suspect was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Assault.
• Oct. 20 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a residence in reference to family violence. Parents of a 16-year-old male came home to find the house trashed and their son intoxicated. The suspect assaulted his father and prevented his mother from calling 911. The suspect was taken into custody.
• Oct. 21 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to RPM's Bar located in the 26000 block of FM 2978.  A 28-year-old female was trying to fight with several people in the bar and had broken a mirror. Upon arrival, Provenzano met with the subject. Due to the subject's intoxicated condition Pro-venzano placed her into custody for Public Intoxication.
• Oct. 21 - Deputy Mittag and Sgt. Swank were dispatched to a residence on Dobbin Hufsmith, in reference to a wanted felon. Upon arrival, the deputies observed the wanted 38-year-old male on the front porch of the residence. A 2013 Kia was beside the residence that showed to be stolen. The subject was taken into custody for the warrant and an additional felony charge of Theft was added to his arrest record.

Tomball PD

• Oct. 21 - Detective Smith arrested a 24-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 11:15 p.m., Detective Smith responded to a possible stolen vehicle call in the 30600 block of Ulrich. During questioning, Smith observed crystal methamphetamine and paraphernalia in plain view in the shed where the suspect was located.

• Oct. 22 - Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 1100 block of South Cherry, where an iPod valued at $80 and a digital camera valued at $150 was stolen.

• Oct. 23 - Officer Manickas responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 400 block of Fannin, where a generator valued at $1,980 and a tool chest filled with tools valued at $2,500 were stolen.

• Oct. 24 - Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 14300 block of FM 2920, where a tote valued at $9.24 was stolen, along with $774.93 worth of baby formula.

• Oct. 24 - Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 28400 block of Tomball Pkwy., where approximately $500 worth of copper was stolen.

• Oct. 25 - Officer Ferguson responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 28300 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a DVD player valued at $150 and approximately $500 worth of DVDs were stolen.

• Oct. 25 - Officer Hernandez responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a pistol valued at $400, approximately $500 worth of power tools and around $150 worth of clothing were stolen.

• Oct. 25 - Officer Ferguson responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27700 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a watch valued at approximately $100 and a bag valued at $200 were stolen.

• Oct. 25 - Officer Hernandez responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a radar detector valued at $200, a tool bag containing $200 worth of tools and approximately $200 worth of CDs were stolen.

• Oct. 25 - Corporal Davis responded to two Burglaries of a Motor Vehicle in the 30100 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a CD player valued at $150., a radio valued at $150 and subwoofers and an amp valued at $400 were stolen.

• Oct. 25 - Officer Sparks arrested a 24-year-old man from Houston for Theft. At 6 p.m., Sparks responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. $430.91 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.

• Oct. 27 - Officer Barrera arrested a 29-year-old man from Pinehurst for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 1:30 a.m., Barrera conducted a traffic stop in the 28100 block of Autumn Ln. K9 unit Hektor alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle and upon a search, Barrera discovered methamphetamine and hydrocodone in the vehicle.

• Oct. 27 - Officer Burns responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1100 block of South Cherry, where an apartment was broken into, but it appeared no items were stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff

• Oct. 22 - At 6:55 p.m., Deputy Lawless was dispatched to an address on Magnolia Drive, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was determined the son, a male from Magnolia, had threatened his mother. The son was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

• Oct. 23 - Deputy Allen observed a pickup truck drive across the rail road crossing while the arms were down and the lights flashing. Allen conducted a traffic stop and identified the 36-year-old male driver. Dispatch advised the subject had an outstanding warrant for Driving While License Suspended (DWLS). The driver's license was still suspended, so the man was charged with DWLS and taken into custody for that and the outstanding warrant.

• Oct. 24 - Deputy McCord observed a vehicle in an unlit portion of a parking lot in the 16800 block of I-45. Upon approaching the vehicle he met spoke with a 45-year-old male and a 43-year-old female, both from Magnolia. The deputy found the male to have an outstanding traffic warrant. The female had a small amount of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia in her possession. Both were arrested and taken to jail.

• Oct. 25 - Deputy Rascoe responded to a shoplifter at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect, a 23-year-old male from Magnolia, attempted to take $75.88 worth of merchandise from Walmart. The suspect was charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

• Oct. 25 - Deputy St. John was notified by dispatch of a vehicle heading towards the Magnolia area from FM 1488 and SH290 and the driver had threatened to harm family members. St John intercepted the vehicle but the driver failed to stop. The pursuit lasted for several miles and the suspect drove to his mother's home. The 30-year-old male was arrested there and taken to jail.

• Oct. 26 - Deputy Pullen was dispatched to a residence on SH 249, in reference to a disturbance. Deputies learn-ed that a 50-year-old female was upset about sharing a Pepsi and got a knife from the kitchen and threatened other family members. Pullen placed the subject into custody for Terroristic Threat.

• Oct. 26 - Deputy Allen initiated a traffic stop. After identifying the 30-year-old female driver, dispatch advised she had an active warrant for Illegal Dumping. Allen placed the female into custody for the warrant.

• Oct. 27 - Deputy Allen was patrolling the Inverness Crossing subdivision when he observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop intersection. Allen initiated a traffic stop and identified the 28-year-old male driver. The subject did not have a driver's license and dispatch showed his licensed to be suspended with a previous conviction of driving with a suspended license. Allen placed the subject into custody for Driving With a Suspended License.

• Oct. 27 - Deputy Peterson was dispatched to a disturbance in the Clear Creek Forest subdivision. Upon arrival Peterson made contact with a 19-year-old male who was agitated. The suspect's mother told deputies that she had been threatened. Peterson placed the subject in custody for Terroristic Threat and he was taken to jail.

• Oct. 28 - Deputy Allen observed a vehicle driving erratically. The driver stopped his vehicle and when the 26-year-old male tried to exit his vehicle he forgot to put it in park. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail. While searching the suspect a small amount of cocaine was found in his boot. The charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance was added.

Tomball PD
• Oct. 28 - Officer Smith arrested a 24-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 9:45 a.m., Smith arrested the suspect for Assault Family Violence, which occurred in the 300 block of Belmont.  During a search, Smith discovered marijuana in the suspect's apartment and upon questioning, discovered he had hidden a larger bag of marijuana behind a dumpster in the 1500 block of South Cherry.
• Oct. 28 - Officer Sampson arrested a 32-year- old man from Cortez, Colo., for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 9:45 p.m., Sampson responded to a suspicious person call in the 100 block of Market St.  The suspect was transported by Northwest EMS to Tomball Regional Medical Center for observation, where Sampson observed a syringe fall from the suspect's pants and the contents tested positive for methamphetamine..
• Oct. 29 - Officer Garza responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle that occurred in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where a purse valued at $25, containing a ring valued at $150 and assorted personal items were stolen.
• Oct. 29 - Officer Rodriguez responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 13700 block of Alice, where a bag valued at  $70 and containing assorted clothing was stolen.
• Oct. 29 - Officer Finney responded to a theft in the 29800 block of Tomball Pkwy, where a license plate valued at $40 was stolen.
• Oct. 30 - Detective Yoho arrested a 32-year-old man from Houston for Failure to Comply - Sex Offender.  Upon an investigation to verify offender addresses within the City of Tomball, it was discovered that the suspect had moved out of the city sixth months earlier and failed to register his new address with the state.
• Oct. 30 - Tomball officers responded to an Aggravated Robbery in the 1400 block of W. Main, where two suspects robbed employees at gunpoint, stealing $3,900 in cash before fleeing the scene.
• Oct. 30 - Officer Davis arrested a 27-year-old woman from Tomball and a 37-year-old man from Houston for Failure to ID - Fugitive. At 4:45 p.m., Davis made contact with two suspicious subjects in the 500 block of Graham and upon questioning, both suspects provided false names and dates of birth in an attempt to avoid arrest for open warrants.
• Oct. 30 - Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where an iPhone valued at $649.99 and a second iPhone valued at $549.99 were stolen.
• Oct. 31 - Officer Manickas responded to an Automobile Theft in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where a Ford F-350 valued at 25,000 was stolen.
• Nov. 3 - Officer Manickas arrested a 26-year-old man from Magnolia for Theft. At 10:30 a.m., Manickas responded to a theft in the 14200 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident.  $249.99 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
• Nov. 2 - Officer Manickas responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 500 block of Malone, where a cash register valued at around $400 was stolen.
• Nov. 2 - Officer Hernandez responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a suspect attempted to steal $188.25 worth of merchandise before she fled the scene.

Magnolia PD
• Oct. 29 - Officer Day met with a local business owner in regards to fraudulent checks used from their business accounts. A report was generated and forwarded to investigations.
• Oct. 30 - Detective Clack conducted a traffic stop in the 18500 block of FM 1488. The 36-year-old male driver from Plantersville was arrested for the Possession of Marijuana. The driver was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Oct. 30 - Detective Clack conducted a traffic stop in the 18500 block of Buddy Riley. The 54-year-old male driver from Magnolia was arrested for the Possession of a Controlled Substance, for methamphetamine. The driver was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Oct. 31 - Officer Stanford conducted a traffic stop in the 38000 block of FM 1774. The passenger stated that he had a firearm in the vehicle, although he did not want officers to check the vehicle. Sgt. Silliman was requested to bring K-9 Faust to the scene. K-9 alerted on a backpack inside the vehicle. Inside the backpack the officers located methamphetamines along with a handgun. The 40-year-old passenger from Hockley was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and unlawful carry of a firearm.

Mont. Co. Sheriff
• Oct. 31 - Deputy Allen responded to a disturbance in the Brushy Oaks Subdiv-ision. After identifying all individuals, it was discovered that a 29-year-old male on scene had an active warrant out of Harris County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody.
• Nov. 2 - Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a criminal mischief on Glenda Drive. Upon arriving, the deputy spotted four males running from him. All four were ultimately caught with the help of other deputies.  A 17-year-old male from Magnolia and three juveniles were taken into custody for Criminal Mischief and Evading.
• Nov. 2 - Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to Nichols Sawmill Road in reference to a disturbance. The deputy was told that a 43-year-old male had broken windows and put dents in several vehicles with a baseball bat. The suspect was taken into custody for Criminal Mischief.
• Nov. 2 - Deputy Provenzano, while at a disturbance, saw a wallet in the ditch. The deputy found a plastic baggie containing several xanax pills inside the wallet. Looking at the driver's license inside the wallet, the deputy identified a 22-year-old that was involved in the disturbance. Marijuana was found in the pocket of the suspect. The suspect was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and marijuana.
• Nov. 3 - Deputy Thomas was dispatched to Kayla Lane in reference a disturbance. Upon arrival, Thomas met with a 30-year-old male that advised his landlord wanted him to move out. No crime had occurred, but upon a warrant check the male was found to have an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody.
• Nov. 3 - Deputy Irvine was dispatched to the Sonoma Ridge subdivision in reference to an intoxicated 23-year-old male knocking on doors. Multiple calls had been received and Irvine was able to locate the subject sitting in a vehicle. The car was damaged and the airbags deployed. The male had to be assisted to get out of the car and he was unsteady on his feet and smelled of alcohol. Irvine put the suspect in the patrol car and the suspect began to kick the vehicle and then kicked the deputy several times. Two Magnolia Firefighters assisted Irvine in gaining control of the suspect. The suspect was charged with Assault on Public Servant/Peace Officer.
• Nov. 3 - Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Pinehurst Loop in reference to a criminal trespass. Upon arrival, Crandell met with the complainant, who advised her daughter had come on her property after a Criminal Trespass Warning had been issued. The 33-year-old female was taken into custody for Criminal Trespass.
• Nov. 4 - Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to Egypt Lane on a welfare check. Upon arrival, he observed a male who showed signs of intoxication. A 31-year-old male from Carson City, Nev. was arrested for Public Intoxication.
• Nov. 4 - Deputy Crandell was dispatched to a welfare check on Nichols Sawmill Road. It was determined that there was no offense, however a 43-year-old male on the scene had an active warrant.
• Nov. 4 - Deputy Crandell was dispatched to a welfare check on Hardin Store Road.  A 35-year-old male was passed out in a vehicle on the side of the road in a ditch. After performing a standard field sobriety test on the subject he was arrested and taken to jail. 
For the month of October, 2012 the jail division reported 1,907 total bookings into the Montgomery County Jail, as well as 1,907 total releases, for a daily average of 61.5.

Tomball PD
• Nov. 4 - Detective Smith arrested an 18-year-old man from Tomball for Burglary. At 1:10 p.m., Smith responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 900 block of Baker and the suspect was identified by a witness.
• Nov. 5 - Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 27900 block of Johnson Rd., where a cell phone valued at $600 was stolen.
• Nov. 6 - Officer Burns arrested a 24-year-old woman from Plantersville for Theft. At 6 p.m., Burns responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy and the suspect was arrested without incident.  $77.37 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
• Nov. 6 - Tomball officers responded to two Burglaries of a Motor Vehicle in the 600 block of James, where a Monitor valued at $210, a Universal Tool valued at $80 and credit cards, were stolen from one vehicle and a radio faceplate valued at $300, a tool box containing $200 worth of assorted tools, two wallets containing personal items, two purses, a
tape recorder and two cell phones were stolen from
the second vehicle for an estimated loss of $1,140.
• Nov. 6 - Officer Burns responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 29900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where witnesses observed suspects attempting to burglarize or steal a vehicle. $600 worth of damage was inflicted upon the vehicle before the suspects fled the scene.
• Nov. 6 - Officer Ramsey responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 300 block of Belmont, where a pistol valued at $275 and $5 in cash was stolen.
• Nov. 6 - Detective Smith responded to a theft in the 1300 block of Ulrich, where a bicycle valued at $1,000 was stolen.
• Nov. 7 - Officer Sampson responded to an Automobile Theft in the 900 block of Lawrence, where a Buick LaSabre valued at $5,000 was stolen.
• Nov. 8 - Officer Barrera arrested a 26-year-old man from Spring for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 9:10 p.m., Barrera made contact with a suspicious person the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy. During a search incident to arrest, Barrera discovered marijuana, xanax, suboxone and cycobezaprine in the suspect's purse.
• Nov. 9 - Officer Manickas arrested a 30-year-old woman from Tomball for Theft and Child Endangerment. At 10 a.m., Manickas responded to a theft in progress in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy. and discovered that the suspect had fled on foot, abandoning a minor child inside the store when she fled. The suspect was located within minutes and $31.37 worth of merchandise was recovered. The child was released to her family.
• Nov. 9 - Detective Smith arrested a 30-year-old man from Tomball for Aggravated Robbery, which occurred in the 28700 block of Tomball Pkwy. During an investigation, Smith re-ceived information which led to the suspect's arrest after witnesses identified his photo in a line up.
• Nov. 9 - Officer Barrera arrested a 29-year-old man from Magnolia for Display of a Fictitious or Counterfeit Inspection Sticker. At 8:15 p.m., Barrera conducted a traffic stop in the 14000 block of FM 2920 and observed a fictitious inspection sticker displayed on the vehicle.
• Nov. 9 - Officer Ferguson responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1000 block of Village Square.  A watch valued at $105 was stolen.
• Nov. 9 - Officer Gorman responded to a theft in the 27700 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a cell phone, wallet, keys and a prescription bottle were stolen.
• Nov. 10 - Officer Hill responded to a theft in the 30700 block of Ulrich, where $5,000 worth of copper wire was stolen.
• Nov. 10 - Officer Tikal responded to a theft in
the 27100 block of Tom-
ball Pkwy., where $2,500 worth of copper wire was stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Nov. 6 - Deputy Allen was dispatched to South Hall Drive in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Allen met with the complainant who advised her 19 and 20-year-old sons had been drinking and damaged her home, but they had run from the house when they saw the deputy. Both suspects came out of the woods nearby, but on the property of another and were arrested for Public Intoxication.
• Nov. 6 - Deputy Pullen was dispatched to Helene Court in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Pullen met with the complainant who advised his wife had come home intoxicated and slammed the lid of a lap top on his fingers. Pullen placed the 40-year-old female in custody for Assault.
• Nov. 7 - At 9:45 p.m., Deputy Wilkerson was dispatched to an address on Wedgewood in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned that a male from Magnolia had assaulted two people.  The male was arrested for Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
• Nov. 8 - Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the 22-year-old male driver.  The deputy could smell an odor of marijuana from the vehicle. Thomas found a small plastic bag of marijuana in the suspect's shoe. He placed the suspect into custody for Possession of Marijuana.
• Nov. 10 - Deputy Brummett was dispatched to Single Tree Lane in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, Brummett met with a 57-year-old male who told the deputy that there was a warrant for his arrest. The deputy found that the suspect was wanted for Driving While Intoxicated and placed him into jail. 
• Nov. 13 - Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Alford Road in reference to a criminal trespass.  Dispatch advised a 32-
year-old male was on location trespassing. Upon arrival, the subject was lying on a bench in the gated backyard of the residence. The homeowner arrived on location and advised he wanted to press charges. The subject was taken into custody.
• Nov. 13 - Deputy Irvine observed a vehicle traveling south on FM 1774 in the area of Misty Meadow. Irvine attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver continued driving and finally pulled into a residential driveway in Hunters Retreat. The driver provided a name and birth date of his brother, but finally told the deputy his real name. Irvine found that the suspect was wanted for two felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant. Irvine placed the 21-year-old into custody for the warrants and Failure
to Identify/Fugitive from Justice.

Tomball PD
• Jan. 8 Corporal Patin arrested a 21-year-old man from Tomball for Interference with Public Duties. At 9:40 p.m., Patin responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of Graham and as Tomball officers were breaking up a fight between two females, the male suspect interfered with the officers by attempting to free one of the females from being restrained by an officer.
• Jan. 8 Officer Henagan responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 200 block of South Magnolia, where a bicycle valued at $50.00 was stolen.
• Jan. 10 A Tomball detective arrested a 17-year-old man from Tomball for Criminal Mischief - Graffiti following an investigation of graffiti on school property.
• Jan. 10 Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 600 block of West Main, where a television valued at $379, a skateboard valued at $30, a cell phone valued at $200, a toy helicopter valued at $30 and $150 worth of colognes were stolen.
• Jan. 10 Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where $7,749.84 worth of assorted cell phones were stolen.
• Jan. 12 Officer Henagan responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a tailgate valued at $3,000 was stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Jan. 8 Deputy St. John was dispatched to Antelope Lane in reference to a 911 hang-up. St. John spoke with the resident, a 21-year-old male and the deputy found a small bag of marijuana in the persons clothing. The suspect was arrested.
• Jan. 8 Deputy Pro-
venzano was dispatched to the Timberloch Estates subdivision in reference to a disturbance. The victim said that her husband, a 20-year-old male, had slapped her after they had gotten into an argument. Provenzano arrested the suspect for Assault.
• Jan. 8 Deputy Messina was dispatched to a Criminal Trespass on Alford Road. Upon arrival the complainant advised he had found a 32-year-old male sleeping outside his garage. The suspect had fled into the woods and went back to sleep. Messina placed the subject into custody for Criminal Trespass.
• Jan. 10 Deputy Salazar was contacted by Tomball Police. Salazar met with a Tomball police officer who had a person under arrest for a Montgomery County warrant. The suspect was booked into jail on a child support warrant.
• Jan. 11 Deputy Irvine attempted to find a person with a warrant at a home in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. Irvine met with the suspect's wife who advised her husband was not at home. The deputy found that the 40-year-old female had an outstanding warrant through Madison County.  The female was arrested and taken to jail.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Messina was dispatched to a disturbance on Sanders Cemetery Lane. Upon arrival, Messina met with a 23-year-old female and her common-law husband. The complainant advised that she had been assaulted. The male was taken into custody for Assault.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Irvine attempted to find a male who had two outstanding warrants. Upon arrival at a home in Hazy Hollow the suspect was found hiding under a bed and was arrested.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Mittag conducted a traffic stop on Hardin Store Road. The driver had a suspended license. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Jan. 12 Deputy Logan saw two males carrying backpacks near FM 1488 and Windcrest National. Logan stopped and identified the males and found that
both had active warrants. Logan took the males into custody and located a
small amount of marijuana
in a backpack. The male
was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.
• Jan. 13 Deputy Irvine was patrolling on Nola Lane and saw a 22-year-old male in the front of a residence. Irvine recognized the subject and knew he was wanted. Irvine placed him into custody.
• Jan. 13 Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Rock Bottom Bar about a disturbance. Thomas met with the complainant who had been assaulted. The complainant told the deputy that a 36-year-old male that he had been drinking with had hit him in the face with a beer bottle. After interviewing the suspect, the deputy placed him into custody for Assault.
• Jan. 13 Deputy Eisen-menger saw a car on Research Forest Drive fail to stop at a stop sign. Eisenmenger spoke with the driver and observed signs of intoxication. It was determined that the 43-year-old female from Spring was intoxicated and she was arrested for DWI 2nd as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Jan. 13 - Deputy Herman saw a vehicle with expired registration. The driver had an active warrant out.
The 43-year-old male from Magnolia was taken to
jail and booked on the warrant.

Tomball PD
• Jan. 13 Officer Ramsey arrested a 50-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 8:50 p.m., Ramsey responded to a disturbance in the 14100 block of Carnes Wood. Upon investigation, Ramsey discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Jan. 14 Officer Tikal responded to a theft in the 2400 block of S. Cherry, where a trailer valued at $850 and a breaker box valued at $400 was stolen.
• Jan. 15 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 1100 block of W. Main, where a trailer valued at $2,500 was stolen.
• Jan. 15 Officer Ramsey responded to a theft in the 1500 block of Rudel, where a notebook computer valued at $900, a cell phone valued at $400, a cell phone valued at $347, a cell phone valued at $150 and $80 worth of assorted jewelry was stolen.
• Jan 15 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 14000 block of FM 2920, where an iPhone 5 valued at $650 and an iPhone 4 valued at $550 were stolen.
• Jan. 15 Officer Finney arrested a 23-year-old woman from Spring for Theft. At 11:30 p.m., Finney conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of S. Chestnut and the suspect provided a false name and date of birth during questioning.
• Jan. 15 Officer White arrested a 23-year-old man from Spring for Display of a Fictitious License Plate.  1:45 a.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 30000 block of Tomball Pkwy. and discovered that the suspect's vehicle displayed a fictitious license plate.
• Jan. 15 Sgt. Gorman arrested a 24-year-old man from Tomball for Theft. At 1:45 a.m., Gorman attempted to make contact with the suspect in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy, but the suspect fled in his vehicle.  Upon investigation, officers discovered that the suspect had stolen approximately $99.84 worth of merchandise prior to fleeing from the first officer. The suspect was found shortly afterward in the 24800 block of Hufsmith Kohrville, where the suspect resisted arrest by fighting with officers before being arrested.
• Jan. 15 Officer Finney arrested a 34-year-old man from Tomball for Injury to the Elderly. At 11:15 p.m., Finney responded to a panic alarm in the 1000 block of Inwood. Upon investigation, Finney discovered that the suspect had assaulted her mother.
• Jan. 16 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 600 block of Lawrence, where a bracelet valued at $250 was stolen.
• Jan. 16 Officer J. Davis responded to a theft in the 19100 block of Northpointe Ridge, where an iPhone valued at $500, an iPhone valued at $400, and $50 in cash was stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Jan. 16 Cpl. Hill responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a cashier's check valued at $8,600, a money order
valued at $362, an iPad
touch valued at $300, a check book and $20 in cash were stolen.
• Jan. 16 Officer Henagan responded to an Automobile Theft in the 600 block of Holderreith, where a Dodge Ram valued at approximately $8,000.00 was stolen.
• Jan. 19 Officer Finney arrested a 35-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 2:10 a.m., Finney responded to a disturbance in the 14000 block of Medical Complex Drive. Upon investigation, Finney discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Jan. 19 Officer Burns arrested a 17-year-old woman from Hockley for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.  At 7:45 p.m., Burns conducted a traffic stop in the 1600 block of S. Cherry. During a search, Burns discovered marijuana in the vehicle and methamphetamine, barbiturates, and a scale in the suspect's purse. Burns later discovered methamphetamines in the woman's clothing while booking her into jail.
• Jan. 19 Officer Rod-riguez arrested a 29-year-old man from Hockley for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 11:25 p.m., Rodriguez conducted a traffic stop in the 14300 block of FM 2920 and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search Rodriguez discovered marijuana in the vehicle and cocaine in the suspect's shoe.
• Jan. 19 Officer Her-
nandez responded to a theft in the 27700 block of Tomball Pkwy., where 12 pair of blue jeans were stolen for an estimated loss of $599.88.
• Jan. 22 Deputy Provenzano and Sgt. Durbin were patrolling on Pinehurst Loop when they observed a red SUV on the side of the road, with a 36-year-old male subject asleep behind the wheel. The subject had an active warrant out of Waller County and was arrested.

Tomball PD
• Jan. 23 Officer Finney arrested a 23-year-old woman from Houston for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 2:55 a.m., Finney conducted a traffic stop in the 28600 block of Tomball Expressway.  During a search, Finney discovered Xanax in the suspect's purse.
• Jan. 24 Officer Rod-riguez arrested a 21-year-old man from Cypress for Robbery and Possession of Marijuana. At 12:15 a.m., Rodriguez arrested the suspect for robbery in the 800 block of West Main.  During a search incident to arrest, Rodriguez discovered marijuana in the vehicle.
• Jan. 20 Officer Manickas arrested a 27-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 6:55 a.m., Manickas responded to a disturbance in progress in the 400 block of McPhail. Upon investigation, Man-ickas discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Jan. 20 Officer Ramsey arrested a 34-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 4:45 p.m., Ramsey responded to a disturbance that occurred in the 14200 block of Limerick Lane. Upon investigation, Ramsey discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Jan. 23 Officer White arrested a 34-year-old woman from Houston for Forgery. At 1 p.m., White responded to a forgery call in the 28500 block of Tomball Expressway and discovered that the suspect was trying to cash a forged check.
• Jan. 24 Corporal Patin arrested a 26-year-old man from Houston for Failure to Stop and Give Information.  At 12:05 a.m., Patin responded to a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the 22400 block of Tomball Parkway and made contact with the suspect a few blocks away, after his vehicle stopped running. The suspect was arrested without incident.
• Jan. 24 Officer Tikal arrested a 77-year-old man from Tomball for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. At 9:35 a.m., Tikal responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle call in the 500 block of E. Carrell and the suspect was arrested without incident after witnesses identified him.
• Jan. 24 Officer White responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 29500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where $250 in damages were inflicted upon a door when the building was entered.
• Jan. 24 Officer Barrera responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 13700 block of Hirschfield, where a GPS/radar detector unit valued at $600 was stolen.
• Jan. 25 Officer Ferguson responded to a theft in the 27500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a two flush valves valued at $100 each were stolen from a restroom.
• Jan. 26 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where approximately four flush valves were stolen from different businesses for an estimated loss of $1,000.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Jan. 23 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Pullen found that one of the occupants of the car was wanted. The 21-year-old male was arrested for a warrant out of Harris County.
• Jan. 23 Deputy Herman was dispatched to the 10000 block of Woodlands Parkway for a shoplifter.  Upon arrival, Herman was advised that the female had chosen several items of clothing and groceries, placing them inside a large hand bag. The female then left the store without making any attempt to pay. The 24-year-old female from Magnolia was arrested.
• Jan. 24 Sgt. Durbin was dispatched to a welfare check in the 32000 block of SH 249, which involved a female who appeared intoxicated and was attempting to leave in a vehicle. Upon arrival, Durbin met with the suspect and she was unable to stand without assistance. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Jan. 24 Deputy Allen was dispatched to the Glen Oaks subdivision in reference to a disturbance.  Upon arrival, Allen spoke with a 59-year-old female who said that her 12-year-old grandson assaulted her. The grandson was taken into custody for assault.
• Jan. 24 Deputy Pullen was patrolling on Jackson Road and stopped a vehicle for speeding. The 35-year-old male driver had three active warrants and was arrested.
• Jan. 24 Deputy Sharman saw a vehicle driving on Walnut Creek that swerved into a ditch then back onto the roadway. Sharman initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the 30-year-old male driver. Brass knuckles were found in the vehicle and the suspect was arrested for Possession of Prohibited Weapon.
• Jan. 25 Deputy Allen saw a vehicle traveling west on FM 1488 and conducted a traffic stop.  Allen searched the vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana and an assortment of pills.  The driver, a 20-year-old male, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
• Jan. 27 Sgt. Durbin located several persons trespassing in the undeveloped portion of the Woodtrace subdivision. Durbin found that a 25-year-old male had an active warrant for Theft. 
• Jan. 27 Deputy Irvine received a phone call from a 28-year-old male subject asking why deputies had been at relative's home looking for him. The suspect agreed to meet the deputy at the Chevron on SH 249. Upon arrival the suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

Tomball PD
• Jan. 28 Officer Tikal arrested a 51-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While Intoxicated. At 12:20 p.m., Tikal arrested the suspect for Driving While Intoxicated in the 14600 block of FM 2920.  During a search incident to arrest, Tikal discovered Hydrocodone and Soma in the suspect's briefcase.
• Jan. 29 Officer White arrested a 30-year-old man from Spring for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. At 6:55 a.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of East Main and discovered a handgun and Tramadol in the vehicle during a search.
• Jan. 29 Officer Burns arrested a 37-year-old man from Tomball for Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle.  At 3:55 p.m., Burns attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the 600 block of James and the suspect fled in his vehicle in an attempt to avoid arrest or detention. The suspect stopped in the 300 block of Willowick, where he was arrested without further incident.
• Jan. 30 Officer Hernandez arrested a 22-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 5:25 p.m., Hernandez arrested the suspect for outstanding warrants in the 28600 block of Tomball Pkwy.  During a search incident to arrest, Hernandez discovered marijuana in the suspect's purse.
• Jan. 30 Officer Swing-hammer responded to a theft in the 500 block of Graham, where a prescription pad, valued at $20, was stolen.
• Jan. 30 Officer Burns arrested a 36-year old woman from Hockley and a 38-year-old woman from Magnolia for Theft. At 2:15 p.m., Burns responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy and the suspects were arrested without incident. $64.75 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrests.
• Feb. 1 Officer White arrested a 32-year-old man from Humble for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Identify. At 12:20 p.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 28700 block of Tomball Pkwy. The suspect provided a false name and date of birth during questioning and during a search White discovered heroine and cocaine in the vehicle.
• Feb. 1 Officer Henagan arrested a 34-year-old man from Alexandria, La., for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Assault. At 3 p.m., Henagan arrested the suspect for Assault in the 900 block of Lawrence.  During a search incident to arrest, Henagan discovered marijuana in the suspect's vehicle.
• Feb. 1 Officer Tikal arrested a 69-year-old woman from Plantersville for Assault on the Elderly. At 12:10 p.m., Tikal responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of Alma. Upon investigation, Tikal discovered that the suspect had assaulted her mother.
• Feb. 1 Sgt. Welch, in the 400 block of Fannin, arrested a 56-year-old man from Tomball for an outstanding warrant for Enticing a Child with Intent to Commit a Felony.
• Feb. 2 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 29900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a golf cart valued at $2,850 was stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Jan. 28 At 11 p.m. Deputy Veith was dispatched to Diamante Drive, in reference to an assault.  Upon arrival, he met with the involved parties. It was learned a family member had assaulted another family member. A male from Magnolia was arrested for assault and transported to The Montgomery County Jail.
• Jan. 29 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to Clear Creek Forest Subdivision in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, he spoke with a 23-year-old male who was sitting inside a vehicle in the driveway. The suspect told the deputy that he and his mother had gotten into an argument.  Sharman learned that the suspect had been drinking, damaged a door and threatened family members. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 1 Deputy Thomas was on patrol in the 28000 block of FM 2978, when he noticed a vehicle fail to stop at the red light. He conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the 43-year-old male driver. A check through dispatch showed the subject to have a felony warrant for Parole Violation.  The subject was arrested for the warrant.
• Feb. 1 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to a residence concerning child custody. Upon arrival, Pullen met with the 22-year-old female who had an active warrant for Contempt of Court. The warrant was confirmed and she was taken into custody.
• Feb. 2 Deputy Peterson was dispatched to the Clear Creek Subdivision in reference to a warrant service. A 36-year-old male was found to have a warrant for Possession of Control Substance. The warrant was confirmed and the subject taken into custody.
• Feb. 3 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to the 6600 block of FM 1488, in reference to a welfare check. Dispatch advised a male was passed out behind the wheel of a truck in a parking lot. Deputies spoke with the 28-year-old male and found that he had two active warrants. A small amount of methamphetamine was found inside the vehicle. The suspect was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Tomball PD
• Feb. 3 Officer Burns arrested an 18-year-old man from Tomball for Sexual Assault of a Child. At 5:20 p.m., Burns responded to a sexual assault call in the 1100 block of S. Cherry and the suspect was arrested without incident.
• Feb. 3 Officer Manickas responded to an Automobile Theft in the 13600 block of Country Pine Ct., where a dirt bike valued at $1,000 was stolen.
• Feb. 4 Officer Manickas responded to a theft in the 29800 block of Tomball Pkwy., where rent checks and a money order valued at $505 were stolen.
• Feb. 4 Officer White responded to a theft in the 29900 block of Tomball Parkway, where a tablet computer valued at $350 was stolen.
• Feb. 4 Officer Burns responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Parkway, where a tailgate valued at $600 was stolen from a truck.
• Feb. 5 Officer Sparks arrested a 27-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of Marijuana. At 9:35 p.m., Sparks responded to a suspicious person call in the 300 block of Willowick and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the building. Sparks then arrested two suspects inside the home for outstanding warrants. During a search incident to arrest, Sparks discovered marijuana in the suspect's clothing.
• Feb. 5 Officer White arrested a 34-year-old man from Tomball for Failure to Comply - Registration (Sex Offender). At 8:40 a.m., White arrested the suspect for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Register in the 900 block of Sutton.
• Feb. 5 Officer White arrested a 30-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 12:30 p.m., White responded to a disturbance in progress in the 100 block of North Magnolia. Upon investigation, White discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Feb. 5 Officer Ramsey responded to a Burglary of a Habitation in the 1000 block of Village Square, where a television valued at $1,500, a laptop computer valued at $800, a laptop computer valued at $300 and assorted jewelry valued at $100 were stolen.
• Feb. 6 Officer Finney arrested a 45-year-old woman from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance. At 4:15 a.m., Finney made contact with a suspicious person in the 27700 block of Tomball Parkway and discovered crystal methamphetamine in the suspect's bag during a search.
• Feb. 6 Officer Torres arrested an 18-year-old man from Tomball for Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone. At 1:20 p.m., Torres received information that the suspect had an unknown narcotic in his possession in the 30300 block of Quinn. During a search, Torres discovered Xanax in the suspect's wallet.
• Feb. 7 Officer Barrera arrested a 21-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, both from Houston, for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. At 11:50 p.m., Barrera conducted a traffic stop in the 14600 block of Zion and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During a search, Barrera discovered marijuana and Vyvanse in the vehicle.
• Feb. 7 Officer Sparks arrested a 29-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 5:55 p.m., Sparks responded to a disturbance in progress in the 200 block of McPhail. Upon investigation, Sparks discovered that the suspect had assaulted his girlfriend.
• Feb. 7 Officer Barrera arrested a 23-year-old man from Houston for Evading. At 3:20 a.m., Barrera responded to an attempted burglary in progress in the 900 block of Lawrence and when officers arrived, the suspect fled on foot in an attempt to evade arrest.
• Feb. 8 Officer Ferguson arrested a 20-year-old man from Magnolia for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  At 5:30 p.m., Ferguson responded to a suspicious person call in the 27700 block of Tomball Parkway and discovered a hand gun in the suspect's pocket during a pat search. Upon investigation, Ferguson discovered that the suspect was a convicted felon.
• Feb. 8 Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a suspect stole a backpack valued at $54.99.
• Feb. 9 Officer Ramsey responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 27600 block of Tomball Parkway, where a radar detector valued at $40, a cell phone valued at $60 and $62 worth of assorted plugs and cords were stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Feb. 5 Deputy Brummett was dispatched to Indigo Lakes Subdivision in reference to an assault.  Upon arrival, the deputy met with the complainant, who advised his brother had assaulted him. The 28-year-old brother was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 7 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Ranch Crest subdivision in reference to an assault.  Sharman spoke with the victim, who said that his wife had assaulted him. Sharman placed a 29-year-old female into custody for Assault.
• Feb. 7 Deputy Sharman conducted a traffic stop and the deputy spoke to the 54-year-old female driver. A check through dispatch showed an active warrant for Driving without a License. The deputy placed the driver into custody for the warrant.
• Feb. 7 Corporal Norum was dispatched to 10000 block of Woodlands Parkway, in reference to a shoplifter. He then met with loss prevention and learned that a 27-year-old male concealed store items into a bag. The male, who was from Magnolia, left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The suspect was arrested for Theft and taken to jail. The suspect also had a felony warrant out for his arrest.
• Feb. 8 Deputy Mittag was on the scene of a suspicious vehicle, where the occupant had a suspended driver's license. A 44-year-old male arrived to take the person home and the deputy found that he was wanted. The second person was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 9 Deputy Mittag observed a 39-year-old male riding on a small homemade motorcycle in the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The deputy found meth and marijuana in the driver's possession. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 10 Deputy Provenzano was dispatched to a residence on Nichols Sawmill in reference to a Disturbance. A 33-year-old male and his girlfriend were having an argument. The deputy found that the male had an active warrant, arrested the suspect and took him to jail.
• Feb. 10 Deputy Irvine was in the Creekside Acres subdivision. Irvine saw a 27-year-old male standing in the ditch next to a wrecked vehicle. A check through dispatch showed the male to have an active warrant. The deputy placed the subject into custody.

Tomball PD
• Feb. 10 Officer Tikal responded to a Theft in the 28500 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a suspect drove off, failing to pay for $50 in gasoline.
• Feb. 11 Officer Thomas responded to a Theft in the 30400 block of Quinn, where nine pole vault poles, three pole vault crossbars, two pit rakes and one hurdle were stolen for an estimated loss of $885.
• Feb. 13 Officer Barrera responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a baseball helmet valued at $20, a baseball chest protector valued at $20, a pair of baseball leg protectors valued at $20 and an equipment
bag valued at $20 were stolen.
• Feb. 13 Officer Hernandez arrested an 18-year-old woman from Tomball for Assault. At 4:45 p.m., Hernandez responded to an assault in the 900 block of Mainer. Upon investigation, Hernandez discovered that the suspect had assaulted her neighbor.
• Feb. 14 Officer Nguyen responded to a Theft in the 27900 block of Tomball Pkwy., where 48 carbide inserts were stolen for an estimated loss of $7,000.
• Feb. 14 Officer White arrested a 36-year-old man from Magnolia for Failure to Identify - Fugitive. At 10:10 a.m., White conducted a traffic stop in the 14800 block of Brown. The suspect provided a false name and date of birth during questioning in an attempt to avoid arrest for open warrants.
• Feb. 14 Officer Nguyen responded to a Burglary of a Building in the 100 block of Ella, where a door valued at $500 was damaged, a cash register valued at $2,000 was damaged, 26 cartons of cigarettes valued at $1,300, an unknown amount of smokeless tobacco and $500 in cash were stolen.
• Feb. 15 Officer Tikal arrested a 31-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence. At 11:45 a.m., Tikal responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Lawrence. Upon investigation, Tikal discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife.
• Feb. 16 Officer Man-ickas responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 14200 block of FM 2920, where a chainsaw valued at $180, a tool set valued at $150, a socket set valued at $50 and a saw valued at $100 were stolen.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• Feb. 14 Deputy Thomas conducted a traffic stop on Hardin Store Road. Thomas found a small amount of methamphetamine inside the vehicle. The 24-year-old female driver was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 14 Deputy Proven-zano was dispatched to Park Place Subdivision. A 34-year-old female was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 15 Deputy Mittag saw a 39-year-old male walking in the roadway on FM 1774. Mittag found that the male had an active warrant out of Waco. The subject was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 16 Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver, a 26-year-old male driver was found to be wanted and was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 17 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow Subdivision. Sharman found that a female had thrown a bottle at another person. The 43-year-old suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• Feb. 18 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to Butera Lane in reference to a disturbance. The deputy learned that while calling for help, a 42-year-old female grabbed the phone out of another caller's hand. Sharman arrested the suspect for Interference with Emergency Phone Call.
• Feb. 18 Deputy Crandell was dispatched to Nichols Sawmill Road. The deputy found that a 32-year-old female had assaulted another person. The suspect was arrested for assault and an active warrant.
