• May 20 Officer Torres responded to a criminal mischief report in the 30300 block of Quinn, where spray paint was discovered on school property.
• May 20 Officer Swing-hammer responded to a criminal mischief report in the 28300 block of Tomball Expressway, where approximately $2,000 worth of damage was inflicted upon a building.
• May 21 Officer Sampson arrested a 25-year-old man from Tomball, for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. At approximately 1:15 a.m., Sampson responded to a suspicious vehicle call in the intersection of Stella and Zion and observed a handgun in the vehicle upon initial contact. During a search, Sampson discovered several pills (Morphine, Cozanaza-paine, Alprazolam and Zolpidem) in individual baggies and crystal methamphetamine in the vehicle.
• May 21 Officer Sparks responded to a theft in the 1400 block of Joseph Ct., where a wedding ring valued at approximately $2,500 and a pair of earrings valued at approximately $300 were stolen.
• May 22 Officer Torres responded to a criminal mischief report in the 30300 block of Quinn, where spray paint was discovered on school property, matching graffiti left on nearby street signs.
• May 22 Officer Sampson responded to a robbery in the 26700 block of Tomball Pkwy., where a victim was assaulted and approximately $600 in cash was stolen from his wallet.
• May 22 An off-duty Tomball detective arrested a 34-year-old woman from Magnolia for Theft. At approximately 12:50 a.m., the detective observed a theft in progress in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy. and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approx-imately $157.43 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
• May 22 Officer Finney responded to a criminal mischief report in the 300 and 100 blocks of Chestnut, where several vehicles had been shot with what appeared to be BB pellets, causing several hundred dollars in damage.
• May 23 Corporal Davis arrested a 36-year-old woman from Magnolia for Theft. At approximately 12:50 a.m., Davis responded to a theft in the 27600 block of Tomball Pkwy. and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approximately $133.56 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.
• May 24 Officer Hernandez arrested a 53-year-old man from Tomball for Assault Family Violence and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. At approximately 6:30 a.m., Hernandez responded to an assault call that occurred in the 23500 block of Lovett. Upon investigation, Hernandez discovered that the suspect had assaulted his wife and was a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
• May 24 Officer Tikal responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in the 900 block of Lawrence, where approximately $50 in cash, a watch valued at approximately $250 and approximately $50 worth of clothing was stolen.
• May 25 Officer Hernan-dez arrested a 17-year-old woman from Magnolia for Theft. At approximately 12:35 a.m., Hernandez responded to a theft in the 14400 block of FM 2920 and the suspect was arrested without incident. Approxi-mately $58 worth of merchandise was recovered by the arrest.

Montgomery Co. Sheriff
• May 21 Deputy Sharman stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on FM 1774. Two people were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and taken to jail.
• May 23 Deputy Thomas was dispatched to the Stillwater Estates subdivision. The deputy found that an assault had occurred between family members. A 19-year-old male suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 23 Deputy Irvine was dispatched to a disturbance on South Hall Drive. Deputies found that a 24-year-old male assaulted a 20-year-old female, then fled into a nearby wooded area. Deputies found the suspect and took him to jail.  
• May 25 Deputy Sharman was dispatched to Hall Drive South. The deputy found an intoxicated 23-year-old male sitting in the middle of the road. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 25 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to Dobbin-Hufsmith Road, in reference to a vehicle parked in a moving lane of traffic. The deputy found a 36-year-old male asleep in the car with an open can of beer between his legs. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 25 Sgt. Kader was dispatched to East Brenda Lane, in reference to a violation of a protective order. The 40-year-old male suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 25 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to Ranch Crest subdivision. The female victim told deputies that her boyfriend assaulted her. The 27-year-old male was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 26 Deputy Pullen was dispatched to the Hazy Hollow subdivision. The deputy learned that a male assaulted his wife. The 25-year-old suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 26 Deputy Peterson was dispatched to Pine Vista subdivision. The deputy found that a male had threatened a female family member. The 32-year-old suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
• May 27 At approximately 3:15 p.m., Deputy Johnson conducted a traffic stop on I-45. Before the deputy could exit the patrol car, another vehicle stopped and the driver, a 28-year-old male from Tomball, asked the deputy to leave the area. Johnson repeatedly asked the suspect to step away. Additional deputies arrived and the suspect was arrested for interference with public duties and taken to jail.
