Hauck guest speaker at Tomball Rotary lunch

Tomball Police Chief Robert Hauck was the guest speaker at the Tomball Rotary Club weekly luncheon Jan. 16. Hauck talked to Rotary members about the department's philosophies and how he has integrated his years of experience to build a department that strives to serve the community. Vossler chosen as GTACC Ambassador of the Year

Jim Vossler of Print Plus was selected as the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce (GTACC) 2012 Ambassador of the Year. Each year the Chamber's volunteer ambassadors select one of their own to receive this award in recognition of outstanding service. Chamber honors Tomball police officers

Two Tomball Police Department officers were recognized as the Officers of the Month at the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce First Friday Networking Luncheon, recently. Officer Tuan Nguyen and Officer Brandon Patin were credited for outstanding service by Tomball Police Cpt. Rick Grassi in helping to solve a copper theft while on patrol. Magnolia Rotary members learn about father mentoring group

The Magnolia Rotary Club welcomed Peter Morse as its guest speaker Jan. 15. Morse is a member of the Watch DOGS (Dads of Great Students) group. He told Rotary members about his groups goals and that Watch DOGS was founded as a way to engage men to inspire students, discourage bullying and enhance education environments.
