At left, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office discovered alleged drug-making components in a vacated Magnolia home.

When the property owner visited the building, she discovered it wasn’t as vacant as she had thought. The Sheriff’s Office reported finding “components of a clandestine laboratory.”

A DEA hazardous material contractor arrived on the scene and removed 5.6 kilograms of suspected MDMA (Ecstasy), a psychoactive drug that is “chemically similar to methamphetamine,” the Sheriffs’ Office stated.
